For pole class, wear booty shorts (super-short shorts you can move in) with a sports bra and tank top or T-shirt. We are barefoot unless otherwise indicated. No booty shorts? We carry a selection of cute and classy hotpants by Cleo the Hurricane in XS-XL. It is important to have exposed skin to stick to the pole; you won’t be able to climb or do much in tights. For conditioning classes, tights or yoga pants are also welcome. Comfort and ease of movement are key.
Also please don’t use body lotion on pole day. Slick legs are not helpful when you’re trying to climb a pole or do a knee hold.
Don’t forget your yoga mat! Classes include a stretch and warmup before we get on the poles, and the floor is hard as well as cold. You can buy one at the studio if you don’t have one.
